Adult Workshops
We are pleased to offer a wide variety of Adult Workshops. All courses are designed to be hands-on learning experiences that will provide you with some skills and the opportunity to meet artists and other people who share your interests. Unless otherwise noted, courses are held at the museum where groups can be inspired by our beautiful, natural setting.

Education Programs
Join us on a journey of discovery at the MacLachlan Woodworking Museum! We believe in hands-on and experiential education. Our modules correlate with the current Ontario Curriculum strands. We provide teachers with exact links to expectations for each of our programs.

Demonstrations
Demonstrations such as candle-making, cabinetry, blacksmithing, cedar shake-making and bread-baking in our outdoor oven are scheduled regularly throughout our operating season. These demonstrations are also available for private group bookings. Call us to find out about upcoming demonstrations

Directions
From Kingston
Take Ontario Street across the LaSalle Causeway. Follow this road, now Highway 2, for 16 km. The Museum is located on your right, 1 km past the intersection with Joyceville Road.
From Gananoque
Follow Highway 2 West for 13 km. The Museum is located on the left hand side of the road. If you reach Joyceville Road, you've just passed it.
From Highway 40
Take exit 632 (Joyceville Road) just east of Kingston. Follow oyceville Road south for 4 km and turn left onto Highway 2 for 1 km more. The Museum is located on your right.
